These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tiny Circle website and app (the “Platform”). By creating an account, submitting a review, contacting a provider, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you’re a service provider listing on Tiny Circle, our separate Provider Terms also apply to you.
Tiny Circle (“Tiny Circle”, “we”, “us”) is an independent service operated from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. A Vietnamese business registration is in progress; these terms will be updated with the registered company name once it is complete. Until then you can reach us at hello@tinycircle.vn.

Tiny Circle is a discovery and connection platform that helps families in Ho Chi Minh City find family-related services and information. Two different types of listings appear on the Platform:
In every case, Tiny Circle is a neutral intermediary. We are not a party to any agreement, booking, lesson or service between a parent/user and a provider or institution. We don’t provide childcare, tutoring, medical, educational or any other underlying service ourselves. Any contract for services is made directly between you and the provider.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account. Accounts are for parents and guardians — not for children.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login details secure. Let us know straight away at hello@tinycircle.vn if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Listings, ratings, reviews and other content on the Platform are provided by third parties or compiled from public sources. We don’t independently guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality or suitability of any provider, institution or service.
You’re responsible for your own due diligence before engaging any provider — including meeting them, checking their credentials and references, and supervising your child. This matters especially for services involving children.
Any communication, booking, payment or agreement you make with a provider is between you and that provider. Tiny Circle is not responsible for the performance, or non-performance, of any provider.
If you leave a review or comment, it must be genuine, based on your own real experience, lawful, and not misleading. Fake reviews, review swapping, or reviews written on behalf of someone else aren’t allowed — see our Community Guidelines for the full list of rules.
By posting a review or comment, you grant Tiny Circle a licence to host, display and moderate it on the Platform. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views or endorsement of Tiny Circle.
Reference listings (like preschools and health facilities) are compiled from publicly available and/or third-party sources for parents’ convenience. They are not advertisements, and appearing in the directory is not an endorsement. An institution can contact us at hello@tinycircle.vn to request a correction or removal.
Where a listing shows a “Verified” badge or similar, here is exactly what that means:
Verification by Tiny Circle confirms only that certain information or documents have been submitted and reviewed. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or warranty regarding the provider’s qualifications, safety, suitability, or performance.
It is not a guarantee of a provider’s quality, safety, character or suitability, and it doesn’t replace your own due diligence.
The Tiny Circle name, logo, design and Platform are owned by Tiny Circle. You may not use them without our permission.
Content you submit (such as a review, comment, or forum post) remains yours, subject to the licence you grant us in Section 5 to host and display it. Provider listing content ownership is addressed in our Provider Terms.
Tiny Circle is an information and discovery platform. We do not endorse, certify, guarantee, or warrant any provider listed on the platform. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that any provider or institution is safe, qualified, available or suitable, or that any information is accurate or complete. Services involving children carry inherent risks, and you accept responsibility for vetting and supervising any provider you engage.
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Tiny Circle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) the acts, omissions, services or conduct of any provider or institution; (b) any agreement or transaction between you and a provider; or (c) your reliance on any listing, review or other content on the Platform.
Where Tiny Circle is found liable despite the above, our total liability to you is limited to the fees, if any, that you have paid directly to Tiny Circle (not to any provider) in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You must not misuse the Platform. This includes: posting false, unlawful, infringing or harmful content; scraping or harvesting data; impersonating someone else; circumventing fees; or using the Platform in any way that could endanger or exploit any person, especially a child. Our Community Guidelines set out the full list of rules for behaviour on the Platform.
You can report a listing, review, provider or any other content using the report option on the Platform, or by emailing hello@tinycircle.vn. We operate a complaint-handling and takedown process and aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours. We keep transaction and complaint records as required by Vietnamese law.
We may suspend or remove any account, listing or content that breaches these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law — with or without notice, depending on the severity of the issue.
Tiny Circle is for use by parents and guardians who are adults. We don’t knowingly allow children to create accounts, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Where a parent chooses to share limited information about a child (for example, an age range), it’s handled under our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and let you know about any material change.
